Services are paid upfront on a monthly basis before any work starts.

3. When can I start, and how long is the onboarding process?

You can begin on the 1st or 15th of each month. It typically takes 5-7 days to onboard you and have your ad up and running. This can vary based on the project.

4. Do you offer refunds?

No. By not offering refunds, we maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding services for our clients. It pushes us to go above and beyond, constantly striving for excellence and ensuring that your investment is worth it.

5. Is ad spend included in the monthly cost?

No, the ad spend is an extra cost on top of my monthly service cost. Ad spend varies based on your budget and the strategy we choose.
