Meagan & Company Fulfillment Policy

Effective date: November 22, 2021

Refund Policy: All payments made to Meagan & Company are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed charges is required to secure services. In the event of termination by the Client, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable, and a termination fee of 25% of the total contracted amount will be charged. No refunds will be given due to the extensive time involvement in the services provided.

Shipping or Delivery Policy: Meagan & Company provides digital services related to Facebook ad management, including strategy calls, ad asset creation, and campaign management. All deliverables, such as reports and ad assets, are provided digitally via email or agreed communication platforms. No physical products are shipped.

Return Policy and Process: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, returns are not applicable. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all ad assets before campaigns are launched. Any necessary revisions must be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services with 10 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation, the Client is required to pay for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, along with a 25% termination fee. Frequent postponements may also lead to cancellation as per the terms outlined.
